Check-in time is 16:00 hours and check-out 11:00 hours. We are flexible though, so please ask if you require different times.

Swimming pool open according to season - mid May through to end of September.

There are proper beds for 12 guests. However, we also have a double and single sofa bed and a baby cot allowing for a maximum occupancy of 15 plus a baby.

A breakage deposit of 300€ is payable together with the balance. This is returned provided there are no breakages and the house is in order on departure day.

 For longer stays bedlinen and towels are changed on request.

Change over day is generally Saturday but there is flexibility, so please ask.
